Absolutely! This guide can be taken at your own pace, and you can even go back through it once you have completed the 12 weeks. Everyone's life is different, and if you need to take a break, you can jump straight back in.

What if I can't do one of the movements? (e.g. bad knee, shoulder)
No problem at all, in the community you can ask the coaches any questions you might have or if you need a substitution for a situation unique to you. That's what we are here for.
